Student Driven Projects

Little Dreams

“Little Dreams” is a project run by LM Thapar School of Management, under which the students focus on upliftment of underprivileged children registered under the NGO “Shri Ram Paathshala" which is located in Panchkula. In the endeavour to script a life of glory for them, little dreams hopes that education will bring a twist in their story. The volunteers conduct seminars on environmental sensitization, sanitation, personal hygiene and safety for the children. They also did a plantation drive around the NGO premises. They got the students a health insurance policy under the government’s scheme which shows a farsighted approach taken by little Dreams to shape the lives of the underprivileged. The members also teach these students subjects like english and hindi in an interactive manner and simultaneously work on their character development.

Little Dreams is setting up a stall “Sapno ke Dhaage" in the Diwali Fest, which is a wonderful fund raising initiative for showcasing the brilliant craftsmanship of the talented women artisans of Sree Ram Pathshala (NGO) ,who give their special touch to knitting and make purses, mobile covers, bags, table cloths etc. Little dreams plans to brighten up their lives with their constant efforts and support from the institution.

Little Dreams is all about infusing a new hope in the minds of our young brigade and helping them realize their dreams.
