Mr. Albert is an Enthusiastic L & D Professional and an avid Rock Climber. He has explored peaks like Mt. Kanchenjunga, Chaukhamba, Ice caped Chandrashila and many more.
Mr. Albert spearheads Training, Admissions, Placement, Marketing and Outreach at LM Thapar School of Management (TIET). Previously, he served as the Chief Learning Officer at the Cirus Group of Companies, a Space and Defense Manufacturing unit.
Having lead and handled L & D teams for MDI (Gurgaon Campus), IBM, O.P. Jindal Global University, Hero Group, UPS and more. He is always eager to contribute to Organizational success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
He has designed, developed and conducted Management/Leadership Development Programs for Eminent Corporate and Academic houses in the likes of NATRSS, COAL India, GAIL, CAG & other Government of India Projects (Under various Ministries), ICAI, ICSI, Gates Foundation, CISF, Haryana Police, Bharti Airtel, IBM, Genpact, Infosys, Maruti, Mahindra, Hero Corporate Services, EPFO India (and SAARC Nation Counterparts), Hindustan Times and many more.
