As an educator and researcher, I am deeply passionate about the intersection of technology, management, and learning. My teaching-learning philosophy revolves around fostering an environment of exploration and critical thinking. I believe in the power of active engagement, where students don’t just passively absorb knowledge but actively participate in the learning process. I strive to create a classroom atmosphere with open dialogue, diversity of perspectives, and constructive debate.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial and Production Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. I am pursuing my PhD at the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur. During this period, I researched topics in Industry 4.0, flexible manufacturing, and reverse engineering, resulting in journal publications and book chapters. I have over five years of research experience in industrial management and decision sciences.

In a rapidly evolving world, adaptability and problem-solving skills are paramount. I aim to equip my students with expertise and the ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios and bring about positive technological and management changes.
