Manjot earned his doctorate from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Before joining LMTSM, Manjot has held academic positions at Coventry University, UK and O. P. Jindal Global University, India.

	His current research interests are circular economy, Blockchain, and Industry 4.0.
