Literacy and level of education indicates the level of achievement by the nation. With less than 10 percent of the Indian population achieving post graduation, there is a high requirement for skill development and enhancement. I have always believed that higher education is extremely important for the youth of the country. Management education embraces skill in the young corporate to deal with complicated situations.

Managing businesses for sustainable excellence is one of the core objectives of the corporations. Business education plays a vital role for preparing exceptional managers for the future. A manager possesses ways for optimizing organizational resources with an aim to maximize profitability. With more than a decade of experience in education, I feel management situation oriented teaching helps students to deal with real life problems.

As an alumina of T.I.E.T., motivates me to join the faculty position at LM Thapar School of Management. With Ph.D., MBA, M.Tech and B.Tech as educational qualifications, I will urge to serve the society for skill development in the area of operations management. Management area related subjects taught covers supply chain management, operations strategy, business analytics & research, quantitative techniques, operations management and entrepreneurship.

Research interest is to integrate manufacturing and service as clubbed offering for improvising supply chain performance of the organizations. I have published in various national and international conferences at India and abroad. I have also published in various B category journals listed in ABDC list of journals. Future research targets towards clubbing entrepreneurship and operations to enhance operational excellence for
