I have been a part of learning and development (L&D) arena in industry and academia for the past 20 years in India and USA. My academic journey began in 2013 when I moved out of my engagement with the industry. I have enjoyed my stint so far with each day bringing in fresh and interesting opportunities.

I try to motivate my students to envision the practical implementation of the knowledge they are gaining and inculcate experiential learning to improve their abilities through learning-by-doing. My areas of interest are designing and facilitating blended learning programs, talent development initiatives and assessments in the area of human resources, leadership and organizational behaviour.

My experience in the industry as a L&D consultant and leading the industry-academia partnership has given me an exposure in leading government collaborations, designing global programs and industry-oriented curriculum, online courseware, business communication, branding and marketing collaterals, website management, knowledge management initiatives, defining processes, workflows, audits; and launching new programs and authoring content for diverse stakeholders. I strive to share the learnings of the industry with my students and make them understand the holistic view which is imperative for preparing future management professionals. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing on diverse topics.
