Our Advanced Management Development Program for Working Professional AMDP is taught by a group of experienced Scholars, Teachers and Practitioners will help you unlock your potential to deal with challenges and opportunities offered by the modern business world leading to an MBA degree
A bachelor’s degree from any government recognized university in India or an equivalent degree from overseas.
A minimum of six years’ work experience is necessary to be eligible to apply for the AMDP program. Candidates with demonstrated potential will be considered with fewer number of year of experience.
We are inviting applications from professionals with more than six years of organizational experience who are now ready to leap forward in their intellectual journey. Women who are considering a second career after taking a break from their original careers are also encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with extraordinary life experiences.
We execute a rolling admissions process. As the new curriculum runs module wise, we offer the fexibility of chosing the pace of your learning completeing the course in 18 months. However, given the competitive nature and the limited number of slots in the program, we advise that you start the admission process well in time before the commencement of the program.
We base our admission decision on the candidate’s educational and professional background, contribution to the society and interview with the admissions committee. We give credit to their achievements so far and their potential to take up a responsible leadership role in an organization. Other important indicators of success we look for are attitude, openness to new ideas and sense of justice.
The program has been designed by keeping YOU as the center of the learning journey and therefore student empowerment is key to the success of the AMDP.

There is an Optional (2 Week) Global Immersion program opportunity (Europe / East Asia) for the students with no extra tuition fee. But the student needs to bear the expense of to and fro airfare and boarding & lodging at these locations.

We follow a rolling admission process and once you will be admitted to the program you will be considered for the subsequent module.
Candidates will be communicated about the Interview schedule after submission of application form.
All the candidates will be given 15 days after the selection to proceed with online counselling and fee deposition
